Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Project Manager to support retail renovation projects. The role involves managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage 4-8 construction projects concurrently.

Ensure projects are high quality and adhere to schedules and budgets.

Coordinate between clients/owners and the internal team.

Oversee project budgets and scheduling.

Select and manage subcontractors effectively.

Work closely with the superintendent to manage day-to-day project activities.

Essential Skills

Strong project management and construction management skills.

Proficiency in project coordination and design.

Experience in commercial construction and renovations.

Ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors.

Proficiency in using software tools like PlanSwift.

Experience in scheduling, project planning, and managing quick turnaround projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.

Experience in negotiating and managing subcontractors.

Experience in handling change orders and RFIs.

Knowledge of construction documents and project engineering.

Work Environment

The role involves working both in the office and on-site as required. After 90 days, a flexible hybrid schedule is available, allowing remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays. The company offers a small family-like atmosphere with a renovated office space and convenient parking.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.29 - $62.50/hr.
