LabCorp is seeking a Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Can also be remote.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 pm

**Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.56 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Job Responsibilities**

Transcription of hematopathology and surgical pathology consultation reports from spoken dictation.

Communicate dictation and reporting issues between pathologists and transcriptionists using both written and oral means of communication.

Monitor/update/resolve transcription/sendout reporting issues via internal documentation application.

Data entry of CBCs and macroscopic data.

Perform assigned duties according to established procedures

Requirements:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous Pathology transcription experience a plus.

Experience with transcriptionist software.

Excellent data entry and typing skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
