Location: Franklin, TennesseeJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $60,000 - 65,000 per yearWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team. You'll play a key role in driving marketing initiatives from concept to execution, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role is fully onsite.Responsibilities:

Manage and update social media content calendars, website content, and landing pages.

Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and oversee the company's YouTube channel.

Maintain and audit CRM data, ensuring accuracy and team alignment.

Prepare and organize marketing reports and essential tracking documents.

Develop and organize marketing materials for events and maintain inventory of physical collateral.

Collaborate with the team on event coordination and stay informed on emerging marketing trends.

Provide broad marketing support to the Head of Marketing across various projects.

Qualifications:

A passion for digital marketing and 3 years of experience.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

A proactive, dependable, and collaborative approach.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
