As a Senior QA Tester / Engineer for Special Projects within the Digital Engineering organization, you will be responsible for testing mobile and web applications development and software integrations. You will be responsible for thoughtful basic problem solving. Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate competency of task management and delegation, a passion for QA products and processes, cross-functional teamwork, experience with Agile methodologies and timely delivery of quality products and reports.

Essential Responsibilities
Develop complex testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
Update automated test scripts to ensure currency.
Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
Escalate testing blockers to Project Manager and Product Team
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in manual or automation testing for digital web and/or native mobile applications along with any testing frameworks
OR
Minimum 4 years of experience in manual or automation testing for digital web and/or native mobile applications along with any testing frameworks
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle complex resource balancing
Experience working directly with engineers/developers is a huge plus
Previous experience working with and communicating directly with developers and internal stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
An analytical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
A 'can do' attitude with an ability to hit the ground running and learn on your feet
High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment
Grade/Level: 09
The salary range for this position is 85,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
