Telecommunications Analyst Advisor

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

? Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.

? Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory

? Responsible for creation, modification, and remove of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.

? Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems

? Responsible for responding to security incident reports

? Works with customer ticket in the SupportIT ticketing system.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

? Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

? Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

? Required Technical Skills: Voice and Video endpoints

? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

? Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem solving

? Preferred Skills: Skype for Business application

? Location: On Site

? US Citizenship Required

? Certification Required: Comp TIA Security+ - CompTIA

The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
