Based in Greater Houston (Crossridge), TX, the Marketing Manager will partner with sales enablement, world area marketing teams, and other key customers to define and implement marketing activities that support the growth of our Actuation Technologies Business.
AS MARKETING/COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan demonstrating deep knowledge of the Actuation Technologies portfolio.
Serve as brand manager, ensuring consistent brand positioning, trademark usage, and adherence to marketing guidelines.
Lead the global marketing communications (Marcom) team, including hiring, development, and oversight of promotional and internal materials.
Build and maintain compelling marketing assets and sales collateral that clearly communicate Actuation Technologies' value across all media.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing marketing performance data, reporting results, and optimizing campaigns.
Coordinate global event strategies with cross-functional teams, including event logistics, lead management, and development of marketing documentation.
Lead and evolve the digital presence, including website content, design, and performance analytics.
Assist sales channels and partners by providing marketing materials, customer engagement tools, and valuable insights.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field.
5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Understand digital marketing (tools, content creation, Web, SEO, campaigns).
Strong communication, presentation, and social skills, with ability to lead colleagues by influence (often virtually), and comfortably engage with customers at decision-making levels.
Ability to travel, including internationally, 10-20%.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
A minimum of 8 years' related marketing experience preferred.
Shown success leading marketing activity for a B2B software or services solution, preferably targeting industrial manufacturing audiences at both plant and executive levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation applications including Workfront, AEM, PowerBI, Conductor, and others.
Experience leading projects and initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
