Job Description:
Trinnex is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Demand Generation team. In this multifaceted role, you'll play a key part in driving brand visibility and engagement through event planning, social media management, internal communications, and day-to-day marketing operations. Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute tradeshow calendar by managing logistics, vendors, and timelines to ensure a seamless experience
Promote events through targeted campaigns, including email and social media to drive brand awareness and engagement
Track event performance metrics (e.g. leads and expenses) and facilitate post-event reports to measure success
Create, schedule, publish and monitor content for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube), aligning our brand voice with customer needs
Facilitate internal advocacy programs, engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community to enhance brand visibility
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
Develop and distribute internal communications including newsletters, company updates, and announcements to keep employees informed and aligned with company goals
Maintain marketing files and event calendars, track budgets, and coordinate with vendors and external partners
Coordinate new-hire welcome packets to support positive onboarding experiences
Handle general administrative duties to support the marketing team's efficiency

Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Skills and Abilities:
Effective time management with the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to track item inventories and logistical timelines
Creative thinking with a knack for creating differentiated strategies that grow brand awareness
Experience in a marketing or sales setting and with basic marketing tools (Canva, Sprout Social, LinkedIn, MS Office)
