For over 60 years, the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team has supported the Navy's mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. We are currently seeking a full time Project Coordinator - Entry Level, for our Englewood, Colorado Site. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with adjacent program teams and customers/co-contractors to plan and coordinate Re-Entry experiments to meet program needs. In addition, you will:
Lead and/or support documentation development including readiness of data products at the required maturity level
Manage various project schedules
Develop solutions to effectively, manage, mitigate, and control problems/issues that arise
Lead and/or support teams through successful design reviews
Act as a multi-discipline player who can work in a fast-paced environment to bring efforts to completion
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract.
Desired Skills:
STEM Degree with emphasis in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Materials Science, etc.)
Willing and able to work independently and in a small team environment
Detailed orientated an able to multitask consecutive projects simultaneously within project timelines
High level of accountability and a positive demeanor
Experience leading teams or projects through a full lifecycle, including systems requirements through design compliance
Demonstrated strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, and stakeholders, as well as program executives, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
Experience developing and/or reviewing Basis Of Estimate (BOEs) and / or Proposals
Experience performing product reviews (Systems Requirements, Preliminary Design, Critical Design, Mission Readiness)
Knowledge of & experience with Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Programs' Reentry Systems' products and performance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
