Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Join a national tire distribution company and contribute to their operations as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team, helping ensure efficient stacking, inspection, and assembly of tires and rims.
Responsibilities
Stack tires efficiently to maximize space and organization.
Work collaboratively along the production line to meet daily goals.
Count parts accurately to ensure order precision.
Inspect parts meticulously to maintain quality standards.
Read and interpret work orders to follow instructions correctly.
Utilize hand tools to securely wrap tires around rims.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required.
Engage in repetitive bending and twisting motions.
Essential Skills
Experience in warehouse operations, stacking parts, and assembly.
Proficiency in counting and inspection tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and general labor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Construction experience may be advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic warehouse setting located in Boardman, OR. The environment is fast-paced, involving the assembly of rims and tires with repetitive lifting in groups of 3 to 5. Shift hours are 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
