About the Role:

We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team! As a Contact Center Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping connect them with licensed agents for insurance quotes. If you have a passion for customer service and sales, this is a great opportunity to work from home and grow your skills.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls using our dialer system to screen potential customers

Identify interest in insurance quotes and warm-transfer qualified leads to licensed agents

Maintain high-quality standards through transfer and bind rate metrics

Deliver excellent customer service and represent our brand with professionalism

What You'll Need:

1-2 years of experience in a call center, sales, or similar role

High School Diploma or equivalent

A personal computer and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Strong communication, time management, and typing skills

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule Options:

Monday-Friday, between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST

Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

If working Saturdays, you'll have Sunday off and can choose another weekday off.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
