Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is based in Beaumont, California, and offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain organized records.

Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers with proficiency.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all assigned tasks to ensure accuracy.

Support document management processes by scanning and filing records appropriately.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Work a consistent schedule of four days a week, ten hours per day (Monday through Thursday). Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy.

Hands-on experience with scanning, filing, and document management.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to operate office equipment efficiently, including printers and scanners.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work a structured schedule of 10-hour days, four days per week. TalentMatch®
