Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23-$25 an hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Performing general office administration tasks including filing, document management, and managing kitchen and breakroom supplies.

Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.

Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Possess proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
