Receptionist/Front Desk/Sales Associate

Looking to hire a dependable Receptionist/Front Desk/Sales Associate with office & retail sales experience. A positive can-do attitude willing to provide a consistently excellent level of customer service for a full-time (40 hours weekly), day shift position 8a-5p and required Saturdays 8a-3p. Wages based on experience.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarities and experience in use of office equipment and software.

Basic Computer Skills with knowledge of desktop and personal computers.

Must be proficient or having knowledge, not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook Email/Calendar, Work, Excel), QuickBooks, Email Software, etc.

Experienced in Multi-Function Copy/Printer, Scanner, and Fax machines.

Multi-Function business Phone and Voice Mail System.

Check and Credit Card Processing Machines.

Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction

Solid written and verbal communication skills with ability to complete assignments with attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Must be able to work Saturdays & work scheduled shift.

Must have reliable transportation and driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome customers, vendors, and all visitors.

Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, take and deliver messages accordingly.

Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone and email.

Return calls, gather and provide information, schedule appointments, prioritize to complete administrative duties.

Must be dependable and willing to provide consistently excellent customer service, and work with management, vendors and co-workers to help plan projects, resolve issues, etc.

Must be able to work supervised or unsupervised to learn and provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.

Must be able to process accurate cash, check, and credit card transactions, maintain accurate and current business records and balance end of day cash.

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, email and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of samples borrowed and returned.

Check office supplies, maintain list of supplies used and needed.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, printing, scanning and faxing.

Provide assistance as needed in keeping a clean and orderly showroom.

Complete other projects as assigned.
