Position Overview :?
As part of the talented Mercury Racing Technician: Drives team, you will perform a variety of manufacturing assembly related processes pertaining to drives to meet the production schedule.

Essential Functions: ?
Perform assembly activities as required via trained procedures and/or work instructions?
Gear set assembly, transmission and automotive differential experience?
Can disassemble a mechanical system & reassemble it correctly?
Experience using various assembly tools & measuring devices?
Perform repetitive processes to meet production needs?
Performs all required activities in a safe and quality conscious manner?
Perform as required final testing of component assemblies in the form of torqometer test, functional gauges and micrometer?
Attend company provided meetings and training as required?
Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Procedures and Plant Safety Rules

Working knowledge of LSS, ISO, & Safety methodologies
Working Conditions:
1st shift - hours are 5:30am-2:00pm
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
Occasionally sitting, squatting, stooping, and crouching
Frequent standing and walking
Required personal protective equipment as per task (safety glasses / safety shoes/ets)

The anticipated pay range for this position is $41,500-62,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business @context.
