This position is perfect for an analytical storyteller who can translate complex data into actionable insights to optimize campaign distribution and enhance ROI. You'll be responsible for developing robust reporting systems, analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and presenting findings to various audiences.Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute reports on campaign performance through the sales funnel using key marketing systems (digital media platforms, analytics tools, marketing automation, CRM).
Create and maintain reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Analyze campaign metrics and provide recommendations to enhance marketing ROI and increase client satisfaction.
Analyze, interpret, and report marketing campaign performance, trends, user activity, and customer purchasing behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
Produce and analyze metrics and reports using business and consumer data in various formats based on internal client requirements.
Provide recommendations to enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
Proactively explore data to identify trends, discover KPIs, apply proper hypothesis testing, and take corrective action to reach or exceed KPIs.
Research and analyze current market trends and best practices.
Monitor customer satisfaction with products and services and report findings to the internal team.
Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for comprehensive marketing performance monitoring.
Analyze consumer behavior data to identify growth opportunities in new markets.
Present analysis and findings with recommendations to diverse audiences.
Standardize the methodology for reporting ROI for shows and events.
Automate the flow of lead information from multiple data silos (e.g., website data, CRM data).
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.
Analyze campaign progress and outcomes against established KPIs and sales goals.
Improve communication between data sources to ensure seamless flow of updated, relevant, and accurate data, enhancing forecasting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of previous working experience as a Marketing Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Availability: Must be available to work onsite at least 3 days a week.
Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in PowerBI/Tableau for developing robust reporting and actionable output (preferred).
Digital Analytics Tools: Well-versed in digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, or similar.
Marketing Technology: Familiarity with the latest technology and trends in marketing operations, including UTMs, Google Tag Manager, first and third-party cookies, etc.
Digital Marketing Understanding: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and web.
Analytical Prowess: Strong problem-solving and outstanding analytical skills.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Learning Agility: A fast learner who can quickly achieve power user status on multiple tools.
