Job Title: Purchasing AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Assistant to perform essential purchasing duties and maintain updated records. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks and facilitating communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

Perform purchasing duties and maintain accurate records.

Assist with various administrative tasks.

Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships.

Perform data entry tasks related to purchasing activities.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in purchasing and vendor management.

Strong administrative support skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.

Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is advantageous.

Work Environment

You will initially work on-site for five days a week with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule, including one remote workday as you become more familiar with the company and your responsibilities. The company offers a flexible hybrid schedule with three days on-site and two remote, along with flexible hours. Enjoy unlimited PTO, company stock options, and paid premiums for employees. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
