Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Customer Insights Analyst to join our SuiteInsights organization. In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the Customer Insights program, driving strategic execution and visualization of essential insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
AI Evangelist : Foster a passion for AI and continuous improvement, exploring innovative and efficient solutions using available technology.
Strategic Analysis :
Conduct in-depth qualitative analysis to transform high-level insights into actionable solutions that address business needs.
Proactively identify opportunities within the SuiteInsights organization and across Global Business Units (GBUs).
Technical Skills :
Data Integration : Develop expertise in Oracle tools and systems (Cohere, NSCorp, OIC, NSAW, Apex) to leverage resources and build best-in-class solutions.
Dashboard Development : Extract data from various sources and file formats to create visualizations and dashboards that empower leaders and executives to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
Customer Engagement :
Conduct regular customer debriefs and gather feedback through various channels (email, phone, surveys).
Manage surveys by scoping, building, and executing them using Oracle's Apex Survey Tool, ensuring alignment with Oracle Security and Compliance policies.
Collaboration : Work closely with SuiteInsights leaders and their teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with best practices and industry advancements to enhance deliverables.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant role, with experience in complex sales cycles (SaaS or software preferred).
Education :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering
Preferred Qualifications :
A Master's degree in a related field is advantageous but not required.
Relevant certifications in business intelligence tools, data analytics, or programming languages (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
Additional Skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with database management and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Java, HTML, and JavaScript.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $113,100 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
