Job Title: Kitting Assembler Direct Hire Full Time Hours 7:30-4:30pm We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Kitting Assembler to support the production of medical devices. This is a straightforward, hands-on role involving the manual assembly of parts and preparation of kits-no tools required. Ideal for someone with good focus and a desire to work in a clean, organized environment. Key Responsibilities: Manually assemble small medical device components by following written instructions or visual guides Prepare and package kits with correct parts and materials for production or shipment Perform visual inspections of components to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation and follow cleanroom protocols (if applicable) Accurately label and document work in production records Support team productivity goals by working efficiently and communicating effectively Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous assembly or packaging experience helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts Comfortable working in a clean, quiet, and repetitive work environment Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully Why Join Us?
