Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Operations to lead and oversee daily activities in Hampden, Maine. This role requires a strong background in managing business operations, ensuring efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be adept at supervising teams while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations across assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to maintain productivity and quality standards.

Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

Implement and maintain safety and security protocols to protect employees and company assets.

Evaluate operational workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with leadership to align departmental goals with overall business objectives.

Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Provide training and development opportunities to staff to support their growth.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business or field operations management.

Proven ability to oversee daily operations and lead teams effectively.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.

Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a meticulous and organized setting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in analyzing workflows and implementing process improvements.

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leadership.

Commitment to upholding company policies and ensuring compliance.
