Overview
As a Group Vice President, Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the success and profitability of client engagements across multiple accounts. With a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of engagements, driving growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will lead business development pitches to potential clients, contribute to drafting SOWs, and establish strategic partnerships with third parties. Additionally, you will have a comprehensive understanding of project management, client management, and financial management principles, collaborating closely with account leadership and senior partners to drive growth and profitability. As a mentor and leader, you will nurture the growth and success of leaders within the group, fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple accounts, overseeing the success and profitability of client engagements.
Shape the strategic direction of engagements, identifying market trends and opportunities.
Lead business development pitches to potential clients and contribute to drafting SOWs.
Establish strategic partnerships and foster long-term relationships with clients and third parties.
Understand project management, client management, and financial management principles, collaborating with account leadership and senior collaborators to drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with account leadership and senior collaborators to develop and implement business strategies.
Act as an SME on multiple Razorfish tech career paths and demonstrate cross-discipline expertise across tech, delivery, account, strategy, and creative.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners, positioning Razorfish as a leader in the industry.
Represent Razorfish in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.
People Management Responsibilities
Create a high-performance culture within your teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Support the professional development of team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
Mentor and develop leaders within the group, fostering a high-performance culture and nurturing their growth and success.
Qualifications
Education & Previous Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of industry experience, with a focus on leading multiple accounts and driving business growth and profitability.
Proven track record of successful business development, including leading pitches and contributing to the creation of SOWs.
Strong understanding of project management, client management, and financial management principles.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a high-performance culture and nurture the growth and success of leaders within the group.
Comprehensive cross-discipline expertise across tech, delivery, account, strategy, and creative.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to build strong relationships with clients, collaborators, and industry professionals.
Demonstrated thought leadership and participation in industry forums, conferences, or other thought leadership initiatives.

Compensation Range: $176700 - $263655. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
