Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, customer data management, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including invoicing, fulfillment, and inventory analysis.

Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to proactively resolve issues and streamline daily operations.

Provide training and guidance to team members on departmental processes and best practices.

Maintain accurate customer accounts and data within the system to support efficient order handling.

Process returns and handle international documentation in compliance with company protocols.

Develop and communicate suggestions for improving standard operating procedures to management.

Support the execution of assigned tasks while fostering teamwork and accountability.

Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers to address their needs effectively. Requirements - At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, ideally within a consumer-packaged goods company.

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in data entry and order management.

Strong skills in answering inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and handling email correspondence.

Familiarity with Sage 100 or similar systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. TalentMatch®
