Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.

Accurately handle data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Coordinate and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to perform administrative tasks.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to ensure efficient time management.

Support survey creation and analysis using platforms like SurveyMonkey.

Organize and manage files through Dropbox and other cloud-based systems.

Assist with administrative duties related to Power Campus and other education management systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Pick up and set up work equipment, such as laptops, as needed.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on organization and reliability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle emails and phone calls effectively.

Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Dropbox and survey platforms like SurveyMonkey.

Ability to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
