All State Fire & Security is looking for a Fire Suppression System Technician to join our team in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for someone who appreciates working with a variety of customers, both internal and external, where the environment is friendly and where there are excellent opportunities to development and advance.

As a Fire System Suppression Technician, you will:

Inspect, install, troubleshoot, and perform routine systems maintenance on commercial: Kitchen hoods, Fire Sprinkler/Suppression, Paint booths, Fuel Islands, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Alarms. Maintain knowledge of local & state fire codes. Maintain an inventory of parts, materials & tools, and requisitions replacements as needed. Record and document all inspections, tests and work performed using company provided mobile phone. Work with minimal supervision Provide technical training to End Users and Entry level new hires. Perform inspections in accordance with mandated codes and standards. Responds to emergency service calls, both during and after regular working hours (on call rotation) Expected Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior trade experience, at least 2 years, a plus Previous experience with the fire protection industry preferred Starting Pay Range: $24-$25 per hour
