Job Description: Tran-Sol Corp. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing paperwork, and assisting with customer service. Additionally, you will occasionally fill in as a courier, delivering packages to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks and manage paperwork.

Assist with customer service and interact with clients courteously and efficiently.

Create shipping paperwork accurately and manage invoicing processes.

Learn and adapt to our proprietary software.

Occasionally drive our pickup truck to deliver packages to manufacturing plants and offices in Alpena.

Maintain a good driving record for courier backup duties.

Skills:

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential in handling paperwork and customer interactions.

Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with colleagues and customers.

Excellent Customer Service: Interact with clients courteously and efficiently.

Timeliness: Consistently meet deadlines and respond promptly to requests.

Knowledge:

Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling.

Familiarity with invoicing processes.

Willingness to learn and adapt to our proprietary software.

Ability to Implement:

Ability to create shipping paperwork accurately.

Ability to drive our pickup truck for courier backup duties.

Ability to maintain a good driving record.
