Who We Want:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to work in our Flex Air division in Fenton, MI. Flex Air focuses on delivering industry-leading, high-performance modular mechanical and electrical systems, as well as Custom HVAC systems in the automotive, semiconductor, healthcare, and education sectors.

What You Will Be Doing

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with upper management.

Draft and submit budgets, proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and upper management in a time and clear fashion and estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documents, and presentations.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.

Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

What Requirements Are Needed

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business or Mechanical Engineering. Equivalent experience considered and 5+ (five +) years of practical Project Management or engineering experience within manufacturing, HV
