Job Description :

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Performs physical therapy treatment under the supervision of physical therapist or physical therapy assistant.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides physical support during physical therapy treatment interventions. (30%)

Provides direct patient care for transport to and from physical therapy treatments. (10%)

Performs specific skills to assist the physical therapist or physical therapy assistant in carrying out a treatment plan. (20%)

Maintains equipment used in physical therapy interventions. (20%)

Performs clerical duties as assigned. (20%)

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate

Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
