Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Long Beach, California. This Contract to permanent position offers a great opportunity to provide excellent service while supporting logistical operations in a dynamic environment. The role requires strong communication skills alongside the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through inbound telephone calls, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly experience.

Accurately input data and maintain records using spreadsheets and other tools.

Coordinate logistics for various operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution.

Schedule and manage appointments to meet organizational needs.

Organize and oversee schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Uphold company standards by delivering high-quality service in every interaction. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to handle inbound telephone calls and provide solutions effectively.

Excellent organizational skills for coordinating logistics and appointments.

Familiarity with schedule management and administrative tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
