Job Responsibilities:

Verify, code, and process invoices efficiently and accurately.

Match invoices to purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve any payment-related issues.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.

Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline AP processes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a related role.

Strong understanding of AP processes, systems, and best practices.

Proficiency in AP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
