Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving goods and accurately processing receipts using the M2M system. You will label products and organize them in the warehouse, as well as pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems. Packaging and labeling of products are also key tasks.

1st shift - 6am to 2:30pm

$17/hr

Responsibilities

Receive goods and process receipts using the M2M system.

Label products and organize them in the warehouse.

Pick and process daily shipments using UPS/FedEx systems.

Package and label products efficiently.

Follow work assignments, directions, instructions, and work order schedules provided by the Production Lead.

Review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM where available.

Use hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.

Assemble electronics subassemblies to install harnesses.

Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Ensure efficiency requirements and quality standards are met regularly.

Follow safety requirements and all safety policies.

Determine job order requirements following production priorities.

Essential Skills

Familiarity with wire gauges (AWG).

Understanding of terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors used for wire harness fabrication.

Ability to use hand crimpers for wire and harness creation.

Knowledge of assembly instructions and engineering drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions and work order schedules.

Experience in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Capability to meet efficiency and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
