Overview
The Field Analyst plays a role in supporting the collection, interpretation, and communication of field analytics across the organization. This position involves traveling to client sites to gather data, generate reports, and review results for industrial facilities. The Field Analyst ensures accurate data collection and effective reporting to support the organization's decision-making processes.

Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $50,400-$69,300+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
Utilize basic knowledge of equipment and site conditions to support project tasks.
Track and organize data systematically to maintain accurate data.
Operate computer programs to accurately represent and analyze electrical systems.
Begin making sound recommendations with guidance.
Gain exposure to diverse jobsites, studies, and the associated software.
Assist the primary lead on data collection trips.
Identify and manage typical technical solutions and safety risks.
Begin fostering client/plant relationships.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of data collection trips, including technical preparation, safety measures, client info, and personnel logistics.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or an associate degree (A.A., A.S.) in a related field such as Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar discipline from a two-year college; a Bachelor's degree from a four-year program is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of relevant education and practical experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.
Travel:Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Generally, travel will not be expected to exceed 75%.
