The Sr. Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial strategy, business growth, and operational excellence. This person will oversee a team of 4-5 finance and accounting professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Beyond technical expertise, this role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to influence business outcomes and foster collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, self-motivated, and excited to put their stamp on this role-building financial processes, improving reporting, and shaping the future of the company's financial strategy. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to dive deep into data, deliver impactful insights, and drive meaningful change.

Sr. Finance Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.

Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 finance and accounting professionals, fostering growth and high performance.

Develop and refine financial models and KPI dashboards that provide visibility into company performance.

Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that drive business success.

Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting structures, and internal controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Influence cross-functional teams by translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.

Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, with at least

Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Ability to balance strategic thinking with a willingness to get into the details.

Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Plano, TX are encouraged to apply.
