Emerson Tool Company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support a range of marketing activities for industry leading brands in the retail and commercial cleaning market segments. This individual will be responsible for coordinating in-person customer events and tradeshows, sales enablement deliverables and supporting product presence across select commercial digital platforms. The marketing specialist will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to support deliverables across the portfolio to deliver on department priorities and company objectives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Customer Engagement
Lead end-to-end execution of tradeshows and customer events across brands, ensuring seamless logistics coordination, engaging booth experiences, and effective attendee engagement aligned with budget and deadline expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing colleagues to align event goals, messaging, collateral and lead management processes.
Produce tailored content and marketing collateral specific to events, enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage the timely delivery and organization of event materials, prioritizing efficiency and attention to detail.
Sales Enablement
Build compelling sales and marketing presentations, customer communications, and automated campaigns for significant sales initiatives.
Ensure measurable ROI in digital marketing campaigns to ensure successful outcomes and sales growth.Produce and maintain high-quality commercial product assets and collateral that align with brand standards and enhance rep agency and distributor collaboration.
Refresh and update marketing content and assets periodically to align with seasonal strategies and initiatives.
Support marketing team with in-studio and lifestyle photo and video shoots Support additional channel engagement and public relations activities strategic for product launches.
Digital (eCommerce Channels)
Optimize eCommerce platform product listings ensuring they are accurate, visible, and consistent with brand identity.
Collaborate on content strategies for product pages to enhance conversion rates and reinforce our brand presence.
Support planning and execution of digital channel campaigns and promotions, using market insights to drive success.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing-related role, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Well-developed organization skills and strong attention to detail.
Proactive and data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to travel 5-10 days annually for tradeshows.
Ability to package and ship tradeshow assets including ordering, storage handling and shipping duties; capable of lifting 30 lbs. for event preparations.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience in planning and driving in-person events both on-site and with vendor or customer partners.
Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns.
Expertise in content development for various digital channels.
Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to handle project timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid budgeting and financial analysis skills.
