Job Title: Marketing CoordinatorJob Description

The Marketing Coordinator will assist in coordinating corporate marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring the smooth execution of various marketing projects.

Responsibilities

Update website content and monitor performance using analytics tools.

Support planning and logistics for trade shows and events; attend events as needed (up to 10% travel).

Help manage and schedule content for social media platforms.

Conduct basic competitor research and summarize findings to identify trends and opportunities.

Maintain marketing materials by updating catalogs, labeling and photographing samples, editing images, and drafting content.

Prepare and distribute the monthly internal newsletter.

Assist with market research to gather insights on customer behavior and industry trends.

Help create and proofread marketing content, graphics, and internal communications.

Support the identification of effective marketing channels and promotional opportunities.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in digital marketing and administrative support.

Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Email, and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Suite.

Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook.

Intermediate level Excel skills; testing required.

PowerPoint testing required.

Word testing required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Administrative experience.

Adobe proficiency.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office environment with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers contract-to-hire potential, growth opportunities, and the chance to work in a great team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
