Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative functions within a fast-paced office setting. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including billing assistance, scheduling, document management, inventory oversight, and overall office coordination.

Key Duties:

Generate and process daily invoices and billing documents

Assist with preparing shipping and receiving paperwork

Input inventory information into internal systems based on customer orders

Maintain logs related to customer satisfaction and incident reports

Address customer inquiries regarding documentation and certifications

Participate in internal meetings focused on quality assurance and compliance

Handle weekly interdepartmental billing processes

Support office management with tasks such as training documentation, fleet coordination, and HR-related activities

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills:

Experience with administrative support and data entry

Customer service and front desk experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in billing and customer service

Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
