NJ Advance Media is seeking a part-time temporary Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support for key leaders and coordinate activities for the physical office space.

The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.

What you'll be doing :

Assist in the planning and execution of office relocation activities.

Handle routine office tasks, such as granting building access for mail and deliveries.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule building access.

Communicate with building manager on janitorial and maintenance requests.

Prepare communications (such as memos/emails, invoices, and reports) as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have the following :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one yearof experience working in a role as an administrative assistant or similar support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Established proficiency in all areas of administrative and clerical functions.

Ability to work in a deadline-oriented team environment.

Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
