Field Marketing Supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises Brand Ambassadors, including onboarding, training, and managing timecards.
Ensures effective communication of marketing campaigns and directives from the executive team to the regional Brand Ambassador team. Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with dispensary accounts and schedule events (e.g., Patient Appreciation Days, Jeeter University, special promotions).
Collaborate with marketing and special events departments to coordinate event logistics, including staffing and scheduling.
Update data tracking spreadsheets based on changing variables to support reporting and decision-making.
Provide event coverage for Brand Ambassadors during PAD events as needed.
Manage and track marketing materials, ensuring timely reorder requests for the regions storage unit.
Execute all marketing requests from management and provide timely updates.
Manage external vendors for in-field activities.
Support the marketing department with budget management, including processing and tracking invoices, reconciling costs, and providing monthly accrual reports.
Gauge store traffic and collect market feedback to inform strategy and initiatives. Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong technical proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as required by the role. Experience:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
1+ years of experience in the cannabis industry or strong knowledge of cannabis brands and products is highly preferred.
1+ years of customer service or people-oriented fields experience is strongly desired
