What We Need:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for ideating, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns that promote the company's products via online channels. Their primary objective is to generate leads and increase sales by driving traffic to the company's website or social media channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and strategic team player who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get hands-on to drive great outcomes quickly and effectively.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify, create and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email, display, programmatic and Amazon advertising
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports to measure success and inform future strategies
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with key initiatives
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships
Develop relevant content to support marketing initiatives
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing, demand generation and measurement
Use Salesforce and CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data to improve business relationships
Manage Online Reputation: Monitoring and managing the company's online reputation, including handling reviews and customer feedback
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
Coordinate with content creators to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across digital platforms
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
3+ years of proven experience leveraging digital marketing to drive revenue growth
Experience leading and managing organic search, paid search, email and display advertising campaigns
Successful history of managing digital advertising spend to drive demand generation
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Worked with multiple data sources to develop a strategy, translate that strategy into tactics and tests and work cross-functionally to execute
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to understand incrementality
Solid knowledge of website analytics and MarTech tools (e.g., GA, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Data-driven and action-oriented growth marketer with strong analytical skills
Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics and metrics
Bachelor degree in communications, marketing/business or related degree
Salesforce.com experience with campaigns and leads management
Experience with marketing survey and PR software, and project management tools
Bonus points for B2C and B2B experience
