THE ROLE
We're looking for passionate, plugged-in, culture-forward individuals as a Street Team Specialist. If you live and breathe dance music, know your city inside and out, and believe that every flyer, sticker, and poster is a chance to make a statement - this role is for you.
As a Street Team Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life - from ideation to execution. You'll help shape how we show up in the real world, then hit the streets to make it happen. Whether it's a citywide flyer push, a pop-up activation, or a buzzworthy moment, you'll be at the forefront - building the energy, representing the culture, and making sure our message hits where it matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Street Team Activation & Execution:
Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at street-level activations.
Contribute to strategic development for hand-to-hand flyering, postering routes, and on-site promotional activations to drive street-level impact.
Distribute marketing materials (flyers, stickers, posters, merch) in high-traffic areas.
Identify and engage key audiences in targeted neighborhoods and events.
Stay tapped into the local music and nightlife scene - clubs, raves, record shops, fashion hubs, and creative spaces.
Capture field content (photos/videos) to document activations.
Liaise with vendors for media buys proposals, placement approvals, and production timelines.
Identify new grassroots marketing opportunities based on what's hot in the city.
Support major campaigns tied to event rollouts.
OOH Asset Management:
Collaborate with marketers to identify the specific needs and goals of each campaign.
Work closely with the Street Team Manager and other team members to execute campaigns smoothly.
Support the ideation and development of creative assets, and oversee their execution through project management platforms.
Vendor outreach to source street advertising opportunities and gather proposals for review and execution planning.
Monitor and report on the condition and reach of each placement.
Assist in setting up larger OOH activations, including branded installations or pop-ups.
Logistics & Support:
Support in-market scouting for new placement opportunities.
Assist out-of-market teams with initial setup, track campaign activity, and pivot plans when necessary to optimize outcomes.
Work collaboratively with other team members and report any field issues in real-time.
Reporting & Feedback:
Submit weekly field reports with location details, photos, and notes.
Track and log materials distributed and engagement observed.
Provide feedback from the streets - what's resonating, what's not, and where we should go next.
Track campaign budgets, hours worked, and expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in street marketing, promotions, or event activation.
Comfortable working outdoors, on foot, and independently for extended periods.
