Lead Product Marketer, Oracle Health

Oracle is looking for a lead product marketer within our Oracle Health Product Marketing organization. You will be responsible for supporting Oracle Health global business growth and customer adoption by developing foundational positioning and messaging for specific products and product lines and managing owned channel resources that facilitate awareness and education, encompass value, and inspire action.
This person will develop product marketing content to drive awareness and articulate the value of Oracle Health's offerings in non-US markets. They will collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Product Strategy, and Product Management.

Understanding industry trends
Identifying customer needs and pain points
Creating buyer and influencer personas
Understanding target market segments
Understanding competitive landscape and key differentiators
Managing creation of and maintaining sales enablement content, including standard bill of materials
Supporting positioning and messaging for experiential events
Understanding upcoming release plans and key features launching
Managing customer education sessions for aligned product areas
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience in Product Marketing
Proven experience in launching and managing products across multiple international markets, with an understanding of regional customer behaviors and market dynamics strongly preferred
Experience adapting marketing content and campaigns for diverse cultures, languages, and regulatory environments strongly preferred
Able to work independently with little management oversight
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style
Strong presentation skills
Ability to lead and influence across functions
Fast learner, detail-oriented
Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment
Success bringing innovative B2B offerings to market

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
