Schedule: 4-day, 12-hour rotating working week. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.-
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license with no convicted violations.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent aptitude and/or experience
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as CAT 777 haul truck and MACK Ore Truck
Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions
Be self-motivated
Willing to cross-train to provide coverage on other pieces of equipment when needed
Become MSHA certified
Complete department safety requirements:- SMAT, OSA, EMAT audits
Adhere to all MSHA safety requirements
Maintain 5S of equipment and area
Team Participation in WCM events/activities
Be willing to participate and facilitate IAR's
Be willing to help cover for vacations which could require other shifts or operating different equipment
Must be able to work rotating shifts
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of heavy equipment experience
Previous Mining or Quarry experience
MSHA certification
