Are you a driven candidate with solid warehouse experience? If so, we are looking for you! We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who will partner with our team. The role is located at our Alvarado, TX location.

You understand the heavy equipment business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze shipment logs Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee's performance Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through excellence in dispatching, identifying, receiving, and ensuring quality of products Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing activities Work with management teams to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of direct reports Control and organize storage and inventory space Ensure the accuracy of inventory and shipments Communicate position expectations and train employees Define staffing needs and allocate workload Interact with clients to resolve problems or answer questions Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information to calculate ware-house ranks Implement new methods, processes, and improvements Prepare, pack, schedule, and route orders for delivery Identify operations needing development and institute innovations to adjust current work practices and procedures Consult and organize activities with other teams and departments Constantly work to improve processes Make suggestions for productivity improvements Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained. Communicate and collaborate with other team members Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers. Identify employees' skills and develop them by coaching and counseling employees on a regular ba-sis

Required Skills and Qualifications

State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.

Qualifications include:

Possess High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED Must possess ability and knowledge to confidently read blueprints and weld procedures Understanding of warehouse software application packages and Microsoft Office proficiency Knowledge of conventional management and warehousing fundamentals Ability to retrieve, analyze, and input data Hands-on dedication to staff training and championing new ideas Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Proven experience in coordinating and directing operations
