Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team in Redondo Beach, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to a dynamic wholesale distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and review purchase orders and sales orders with precision and efficiency.

Submit item setup data and related documentation to customers in an organized and timely manner.

Verify the accuracy of website copy sheets and product images to ensure consistency.

Assist with general data entry tasks, utilizing tools such as Excel and Word.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain detailed and organized records of sales and customer data.

Support the team in multitasking responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and recommend solutions. Requirements - Proficiency in data entry and typing, with experience in Excel and Word.

Outstanding written communication skills with attention to grammar and detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Dependable and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take direction.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with CRM, ERP systems, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools is a plus.

Knowledge of financial services tools such as ADP and billing functions is preferred.

Capable of auditing and ensuring accuracy in documentation. TalentMatch®
