The following position is to join our RTX Process, Transformation and Systems (PST) Team.
RTX has an opening for an Associate Director, Lead Data Insights & Analytics Product Owner - Supply Chain & Manufacturing (Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation) role.
In this role, you own and manage a portfolio of data insights & analytics products that optimize supply chain operations and manufacturing processes. This role requires strong domain expertise in supply chain and manufacturing combined with excellent product management skills to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of data products that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and agility.
What You Will Do:
Lead the execution and management of a portfolio of data analytics & insights products focused on Supply Chain and Manufacturing, including Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Quality Control, and Logistics Analytics.
Develop, maintain, and communicate roadmaps for product development, from standard reporting, standard analysis, GenBI, incorporating AI capabilities, predictive analytics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and data security requirements.
Oversee the lifecycle of products from ideation through delivery, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative data solutions to enhance the portfolio.
Serve as liaison between supply chain/manufacturing stakeholders and technical teams to align business objectives with delivery.
Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to assess product performance and guide data-driven enhancements.
Travel up to 25% domestically
Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum of 12+ years' experience in product ownership or product management processes and data requirements and a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 10+ years' related work experience.
Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes and data requirements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex data product portfolios.
Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
Knowledge of AI and advanced analytics integration with a focus on data security and compliance.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and supply chain planning tools.
Certification in Product Management or Supply Chain (e.g., CSPO, APICS).
Familiarity with SCOR model, IoT, AI, and predictive analytics in manufacturing.
Experience leading organizational change and adoption of new technologies.
Ability to Travel up to 25%

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
