Job Title: Executive Assistant II

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support leaders within a dynamic organization. This role demands a customer-obsessed professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute tasks with precision and urgency.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks amidst a high volume of information and requests.

Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary.

Handle travel arrangements and expenses, and provide comprehensive administrative support.

Manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely and appropriate action on deliverables.

Assist 2-3 directors with daily activities, including booking travel, coordinating offsite activities, and processing expenses.

Essential Skills

4+ years of experience as an executive assistant in the tech industry.

Proficient in Outlook with advanced organization skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with expenses and booking sites such as Trip Source and Concur.

Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least two years of college required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little to no guidance.

Exceptional attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Professionalism in dealing with experienced professionals inside and outside the company.

Work Environment

This role is onsite in Bellevue, WA, within a vibrant and innovative team, interacting with brilliant minds in a highly visible and fast-paced environment. The position supports the AI Business Group and offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and brand recognition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
