Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Whitinsville, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth office operations by managing communication channels, coordinating schedules, and providing high-quality support to team members. This position requires someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Manage email correspondence, responding to messages in a timely and organized manner.

Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating across multiple calendars.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to prepare documents and presentations.

Support team members with administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of conduct in all interactions.

Assist in organizing and prioritizing daily tasks to improve efficiency.

Prepare reports and summaries as required by management. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing outbound communication.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship building.

Expertise in data entry and maintaining detailed records.

Familiarity with email management and correspondence.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars effectively.
