Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations through effective communication, organization, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in managing multiple priorities with efficiency. This position will be covering a medical leave for 8 to 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records.

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings as needed.

Organize and prepare documents, including scanning and filing for easy access.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations.

Support conference planning and logistics to ensure successful events.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls with excellent customer service.

Maintain organizational systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks.

Requirements - Proven experience in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.

Skilled in document scanning and organization.

Excellent organizational capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
