Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as an Administrative & Accounting Assistant in Everett, WA! In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's administrative and financial functions. Job Specifications:

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Everett, WA

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour (DOE)

Shift: Day Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

Type correspondence and documentation at a minimum of 40 words per minute.

Take and transcribe dictation with accuracy and efficiency.

Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally.

Pay bills and write checks across multiple accounts.

Manage QuickBooks for the LLC, trusts, and nonprofit organization.

Maintain and update financial spreadsheets.

Organize and file documents, both digitally and physically (including banker boxes).

Monitor and track incoming and outgoing bills.

Provide administrative and light bookkeeping support for grant tracking and reporting.

Assist with setup, scheduling, and ongoing monitoring of a podcast.

Support special projects and events for the 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Help with the setup and maintenance of LLC and trust-related documentation and expenses.

Perform ad hoc personal assistant tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven administrative experience with minimal supervision.

Strong QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets skills required.

Familiarity with nonprofit operations, grant support, or trust management is a plus.

Experience in light accounting or bookkeeping strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Comfortable with technology, audio recording tools, and remote collaboration tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
