General Description: Drive enterprise-wide planning, execution, and governance of IT initiatives aligned with Valent's SRP/MRP planning cycles. Oversee strategic programs across cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Manage local and remote teams, resolves technical barriers, and leads cross-functional coordination across global time zones. Ensure delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and reporting, with a focus on business value, stakeholder trust, and issue resolution. Expertise in infrastructure projects, IT service redesigns, 24x7 production changes, and datacenter coordination. Lead complex initiatives involving servers, storage, and networking, ensuring smooth cutovers and production deployments. Support JSOX audit remediation to maintain compliance with IT control frameworks. Lead multiple projects with competing priorities. Collaborate with Legal to review IT SOWs, vendor quotes, licensing agreements, and contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate policy and risk standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional programs spanning IT and business functions, aligned with Valent's SRP and LBE planning cycles.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Lead program governance, including steering committee meetings, stakeholder communication, and executive-level reporting.
Monitor program execution to ensure delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with project managers to align sequencing and execution of related projects within the overall program.
Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues; escalate critical items to the IT Portfolio Manager as needed.
Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements in partnership with IT Security and Compliance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure value realization, and report on benefits delivery.
Collaborate with Finance to manage program budgets, track CapEx/OpEx, and support financial planning and forecasting.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for program and project management processes, tools, and templates.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
6-8 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably in enterprise environments.
Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs involving IT infrastructure, datacenter modernization, security enhancements, or cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of both agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
Experience managing vendors, consulting teams, and matrixed resources.
Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet, MS Project).
PMP, SAFe, or related certifications are preferred.

Base Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from:
$110,000 to $133,000. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for an incentive program or profit-sharing program in addition to their base salary.
