Description

We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. In this part-time, on-site role, you will work three days a week to support both administrative and clinical staff with essential tasks. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a meticulous and welcoming environment.

Saturdays 12-5pm are required and two week days (days vary per week). MUST be fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to clinical and administrative staff by managing schedules, answering calls, and greeting visitors.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and care.

Coordinate and prepare session and conference rooms for meetings and events.

Maintain visitor logs to ensure workplace security and organization.

Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting clinic environment for guests and clients.

Transfer data between systems and prepare necessary reports and paperwork.

Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address inquiries and provide assistance.

Requirements - Proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate in a bilingual environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative work.

Previous experience in office administration is preferred.

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Teams, and Office 365.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
