Ecolab's Small Business Solutions (SBS) team is focused on delivering cleaning solutions to the retail market. Key priorities for the team include launching new products, in-store merchandising, and online marketing. The successful candidate for the Marketing Communication Specialist will demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for marketing materials, packaging, and promotional items. The candidate's resourcefulness, creativity and design skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's image and reaching the target audience effectively. What You Will Do: Graphic Design: Create compelling designs for a range of print and digital materials, including packaging, web, social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and objectives for Ecolab Scientific Clean & The Home Depot. Stay updated on current design trends and digital marketing best practices. Stay updated on key competitive marketing assets and direction. Digital Design: Produce digital assets for online marketing, including website graphics and social media visuals. Stay updated on current design trends and digital marketing best practices. Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with internal and external print shops to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials. Photography and Image Editing: Capture and edit product photographs for use in marketing materials. Enhance and retouch images to meet design and quality standards. Content Creation: Create and design compelling and visually appealing content for various platforms including website, social media channels, paid ads, video creation and editing, printed materials, trade show materials, and email campaigns. Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote company products and services. Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and follow up with event participants to ensure seamless execution. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or public relations Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Immigration sponsorship not available for this role Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter with strong writing, editing, and communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong process for proofing Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, social media management tools, email marketing software). Prior experience in print production and knowledge of print processes Prior experience with CPG marketing Experience with B2B and B2C marketing Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
